HYDRAULIC LIFTING SYSTEMS
Our Hydraulic Lifting Systems at Ergo Lift Solutions consists of a series of microhydraulic systems that represents decisive advantages over conventional systems. It presents some connections between its very flexible modules, in addition to working with great precision.
On the other hand, it depends on the type of load in its operation and does so in a fully synchronized manner. In addition to the high quality termination and reduced dimensions, it stands out for its excellent load capacity and silent operation.
The basic system consists of a pump, cylinders, linear units or table legs with integrated cylinders and pressure tubes (ø 4 mm) to connect the elements. Finally, the system is driven by a crank or an electric motor.
When the crank is operated, the oil is pressed from the pump to one of up to 10 cylinders available, so that they extend in a synchronized manner. To return the oil to the pump, each cylinder needs a recoil force of approximately 60 N (6 kg). The system can be installed in any position and is protected against possible blockages, even when it has a load.
The Right parts for the Right System
The cylinders are the basic elements of all our hydraulic linear units and table legs. They consist of a brass tube and have a piston rod made of stainless steel. Thanks to perfected technology and precision work, our cylinders guarantee a quiet, fast and precise lift for height and tilt adjustment.
With diameters of 16 and 20 mm, the slim hydraulic cylinders fit perfectly in narrow guides and existing applications.
Up to ten cylinders can be controlled simultaneously. This allows the realisation of very complex designs.
The lifting castor HR combines the benefits of a castor and a levelling foot. Through the simple rotary motion of the hand crank the hydraulic oil is pressed out of the pump and flows through the hydraulic tubing into the connected lefelling foot.
Mobile work and transport equipment can be fitted with the lifting castors and be converted into stable working surfaces.
Up to 10 lifting castors can be driven by one hydraulic pump. The standard system consists of 4 lifting castors.
The linear unit is both a compact and sturdy lifting element. It consists of a linear guide with cylinder. It is installed directly in or on the existing object.
This means that several tables and devices can be easily fitted with a single lifting system. The linear units LA, LD and LG can be mounted with the four M5 threads on the profile or using separately available mounting plates.
The Dimension 45×45 mm of the new linear unit LG fits perfectly in steel profiles 50×50 mm. The linear unit LG can withstand higher bending moments and is more stable than the linear unit LA with dimension 35×35 mm.
The linear unit LH provides the stability and smooth running of the table leg TA. It is mainly used in place of the linear unit LA when large lifting distances are required.
Our Pumps
The pumps PA, PB and PF represent the heart of our adjustment system.
The pump PF with ist size of 65×60 mm is in comparison with the standard types PA and PB a very compact aggregate.
Thanks to the flexible hose and minimum space requirements, the pumps can be installed in any position and even outside your system. This means that they can also be installed in very slim or complex units. The pumps lift weights of up to 800 kg – quietly, steplessly and completely in sync. They are powered by an electric drive unit or hand crank.
Our drive Systems
Our pumps can be operated with a hand crank or an electric drive unit. Your choice will depend on the desired level of convenience and on price considerations.
Different heights can be memorized and automatically selected. The table height is shown digitally. There is also an extensive range of accessories available (IR remote control, crush protection strips, battery operation, alternative hand switches, etc.).
Versatile and flexible
The 4 m long high-pressure hose is already mounted on the column and vented to ensure easy assembly.
The columns TA and TU consist of two steel tubes. The guide tube is supported on bearings. These are used when there are high load and stability requirements.
The column TQ consists of an aluminium profile and a stainless-steel tube which is mounted on slide guides. The column TT consists of two aluminium profiles which are guided in plastic gliders. The T-slots along the entire length of the column make the legs universally compatible. They are used for height-adjustable workbenches, assembly tables, desks and work stations.
